Hi, I’m Ronda. I offer private therapy for people who want to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters to them. Life can move quickly, and many of us end up carrying a lot without much space to make sense of it. In a fast‑paced world, it’s easy to slip into comparison, self‑criticism, or shame sometimes leaving us feeling exhausted as we try our best to cope. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, shame, guilt, or overwhelm, and also with those who are unsure how to describe what they’re feeling but know they need space to explore it.

 

 

I offer:

  • Evidence-based psychological assessment and formulation.
  • Third Wave Therapies such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). CFT can help people with various difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, self-criticism and shame.
  • Integration of yoga philosophy and asana into practice for those interested.

Appointments

  • Flexible appointment frequency. Weekly sessions might not be practical or preferred for everyone. We can discuss what works for you.
  • Finding the right therapist is important so I offer a free 20 minute consultation for us to learn more about each other, discuss your goals, and work out a plan.
  • Appointments offered virtually or in Bristol (BS4 and BS6).
